摘要
针对台阶轴拐角R处难以实现感应淬火的问题,设计了一种特殊的双室水路连续淬火感应器。将感应器冷却水与淬火液完全分开控制的工艺方案,较好地解决了拐角R处的中频深层淬火问题。R处的淬硬层深度可达2.5 mm以上,大大提高了产品零件的断裂强度。
A special two-chamber continuous-quenching inductor and the process in which cooling water and quenchant are controlled respectively, are adopted to deal with the problem of intermediate-frequency induction hardening on comer R, the result shows that the case - hardened depth can be more than 2.5mm, breaking strength increased greatly.
