黄虎解热袋泡剂的抗病毒作用研究

Research of Huanghujieredai bubble agent on anti-virus effect

目的探讨黄虎解热袋泡剂对小儿急性上呼吸道感染常见病毒(呼吸道合胞病毒、流感病毒)的对抗效果。方法进行狗肾细胞(MDCK)上抗流感病毒[甲1型流感病毒(FM1)]试验,体外进行呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)抑制实验。结果黄虎解热袋泡剂在无毒浓度6.25 mg/ml下能完全抑制FM1;对RSV体外抑制作用的最低浓度为2 mg/ml。结论黄虎解热袋泡剂对RSV、FM1具有明显抑制作用,提示可能是其有效治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的重要作用机制之一。

Obiective To investigate the effect of Huanghujieredai bubble agent on virus （ include RS virus, Influenza virus） inn children. Method FM1 test of MDCK and RSV in vitro were carried. Results Huanghujieredai bubble agent can inhibit FM1 in 6.25 mg/ml.The lowest concentration of Huanghujieredai bubble agent was 2 mg/ml for inhibiting RSV in vitro. Conclusion Huanghujieredai bubble agent can significantly inhibit RSV and FM1. The evidence indicated that inhibiting RSV and FM1 might be one of mechanism of treating pedo acute throat infection.
