介绍了80000m3/a中密度生产线中所使用的44英寸热磨机的结构特点,详细阐述了进料螺旋、防反喷系统、卸料螺旋、带式螺旋、密封水系统、油润滑系统以及控制系统的结构特点,展望了该热磨机的应用前景。
The article briefly introduced the main parameters and arrangement of 44 inches defibrator for a 80000m^3/a medium density fiberboard（MDF） line. The structure and features of the components of defibrator were expounded, such as screw feeder, blow back valve, discharger screw, ribbon screw, sealing water system, oil lubrication system, control equipment and etc. At last, introduced the developing trend of the defibrator.
