A new method of synthesis for a Reactive Blue EF-2G

本文介绍了一种活性深蓝的新的合成方法，通过住酸性偶反应中添加助剂，改善反应的流动性，并使反应更完全；同时采用对位酯一缩，间苯二胺的二缩的新工艺，进一步提高了产物的固色率，并大大提高了产物的收率，大幅降低产品成本。

In this paper ,we introduced a new method of synthesis for a reactive blue dye .We used an auxiliary in the acid coupling reaction to reduce the viscosity of the solution. Then cyanuric chloride reacted with 4- （-sulfatoethylsulfonyl） aniline, and 2,4-diamino benzensulfonate. They made the reactions more completely. The title dye is prepared in high yield and high fixation than reported. The price of the production is lower than ever.
