该文简要介绍了我国制笔行业现状，中性笔（Gel Ink Pen）国内外发展概况，中性墨水的性能及质量指标及中性墨水使用的颜料的选择和颜料色浆制造技术。
The status quo of domestic pen industry, the general developmental situation of gel ink pen at home and abroad, as well as properties and quality index of gel ink, pigment selection for gel ink use and production technology for pigment＇s colour sizing have all been briefed in the article.
