Special Monitor and Measure System Fitted to Aids to Navigation Vessel

为了提高和加强对航标设施的管理水平，航标主管部门迫切需要得到对航标效能进行有效评估的量化指标，而采用专用测试设备是获得各种量化指标的最有效手段。为此，广东海事局、上海海事局提出对现有大型航标船海标32、海标25实施改造，使之成为专用航标测量船之设想．本文就该系统的组成、主要功能作了简要说明，对系统的设计思想、实现方法作了较为详细地论述．

In order to improve and strengthen the management level of aids to navigation, CMSA urgently needs to obtain the quota of quality which can get the valid evaluation to aids to navigation efficiency, and then the most effective way to obtain all kinds of quota of quality is to use the special measurement equipments. Therefore, Guangdong MSA and Shanghai MSA put forward the transformation to Sea Beacon 32/25 so that they can become special aids to navigation vessels. This paper briefly introduces the composition and major function of the Special monitor and measure system fitted to aids to navigation vessel. It also preliminarily discusses the design ideas and the achievement methods.
