摘要
盆栽试验研究了水分胁迫条件下洛麦9133幼苗叶片生理特性。结果表明:随土壤水分的减少,幼苗叶水势、叶片相对含水率、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量均呈降低趋势;叶片水分饱和亏、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、质膜透性、MDA含量以及叶片SOD、POD活性则均呈增加趋势。说明,在干旱胁迫下,洛麦9133幼苗叶片通过改变内部的生理特性以提高自身的抗旱性。
Four water treatment was set to pot planted Luomai 9133 to study the leaf physiological characteristics of its seedlings under water stress. Leaf water potential, leaf relative water content, chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, and total chlorophyll content were decreased with soil water reduction while leaf water sufficiency and deficiency, soluble sugar content, proline content, the permeability of plasma membrane, MDA content, and SOD activity, POD activity were increased. These showed that Luomai 9133 seedling leaf increased drought-resistance by changing inner physiological characteristics.
