摘要
研究分析了芦苇叶水提物对小麦、玉米、青菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在小麦、玉米种子萌发阶段,施用较低浓度(5 mg/m l、10 mg/m l、20 mg/m l)的芦苇叶水提物,可提高淀粉酶的活性,促进叶片中叶绿素的合成,有利于小麦、玉米种子的萌发和幼苗的生长;施用低浓度(5 mg/m l、10 mg/m l)的芦苇叶水提物,有利于青菜种子的萌发,却不利于青菜叶片中叶绿素的合成,影响青菜幼苗的进一步生长,因而在青菜种子萌发阶段,不宜施用;小麦、玉米、青菜幼苗生长阶段施用芦苇叶水提物,则不利于其生长。
An experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of water soluble extract of reed ( Phragmites communis Trin) leaf on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat, maize and Chinese cabbage. The results showed that low concentration extract of reed leaf (5 mg/ml, 10 mg/ml,20 mg/ml) improved the activities of amylase and the synthesis of chlorophyll, which was favorable to wheat and maize seed germination and the growth of the seedlings. Lower concentration extract of reed leaf (5 mg/ml, 10 mg/ml)was unfavorable to the synthesis of chlorophyll in the leaves of Chinese cabbage, which inhibited the growth of Chinese cabbage seedlings. It was not appropriate to apply lower concentration of reed leaf to Chinese cabbage at seed germination stage. Extract of reed leaf did not benefit wheat, maize and Chinese cabbage at their seedling stages.
