摘要
以结构基因座和微卫星标记检测长江三角洲白山羊群体的遗传多样性。结果表明,9个结构基因座上的平均杂合度、多态信息含量及有效等位基因数分别为0.176 7、0.145 7和1.283 7;7个微卫星座位的平均杂合度、多态信息含量及有效等位基因数分别为0.886 7、0.877 4和11.290 7。微卫星标记揭示的群体遗传多样性高于结构基因座。
Genetic diversity of white goat population in Yangtse River Delta was examinated by using structural loci and microsatellite markers. It was indicated that average heterozygosity ,polymorphism information content and effective number of alleles were 0. 176 7,0. 145 7 and 1. 283 7 on nine structural loci,and were 0. 886 7,0. 877 4 and 11.290 7 on 7 microsatellite loci. Genetic diversity carried out by microsatellite markers was higher than that by structural loci.
