氧化苦参碱对异育银鲫血液非特异性免疫因子的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Oxymatrine on the Non-specific Immune Factors in the Blood of Allogynogenetic Crucian(Carassius auratus Gibelio)

摘要 用含不同剂量(0—400mg/kg)氧化苦参碱的饲料饲喂异育银鲫,对异育银鲫在摄食0d、5d、10d、15d、20d、25d、30d时血液中白细胞数量、血清溶菌酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性等非特异性免疫因子分别进行了测定。结果表明:氧化苦参碱对异育银鲫血液中各非特异性免疫因子具有不同程度的正效应,但在效应时间上呈现出非同步的特点,其中100mg/kg试验组的异育银鲫血液中白细胞水平和血清溶菌酶活性分别在第15d和第10d达到最高,为1ml 2.59×10。个和11875.79U/ml,分别比对照组显著提高了90.44%和443.81%(P〈0.01);而超氧化物歧化酶和碱性磷酸酶活性在200mg/kg试验组中分别在第10d、第5d达到最高,为121.46U/ml和11.94u,分别比对照组高6.89%(P〈0.05)和148.75%(P〈0.01)。 Non-specific immune factors such as the number of leukocytes,the activities of serum lysozyme, superoxide dismutase and alkaline phosphatase in the blood of allogynogenetic crucian were determined at 0 d,5 d, 10 d ,20 d ,25 d ,and 35 d after fed with different dosages of oxymatrine(0 -400 mg/kg). Oxymatrine positively affected the factors mentioned above,but the effects did not synchronize treating time. 15 d and 10 d after fed with 100 mg/kg oxymatrine,the number of leukocytes and lysozyme activity reached the peak, which were increased by 90. 44% and 443.81% ( P 〈 0. 01 ) compared to control, respectively. The activities of superoxide dismutase and alkaline phosphatase got to the highest level, 121.46 U/ml and 11.94 U ,respectively 10 d and 5 d after fed with 200 mg/kg oxymatrine,which were 6. 89% (P 〈0.05) and 148.75% ( P 〈 0. 01 ) higher than those of control.
