猪肉中磺胺二甲基嘧啶残留量的高效液相色谱法测定

Determination of Sulphodimides Residues in Pig Muscles by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

猪肉中的磺胺二甲基嘧啶用乙腈提取,正己烷萃取,浓缩,过Sep-Pak碱性氧化铝B柱,洗脱液经减压干燥,再经流动相溶解,在270 nm检测波长处,用紫外检测器高效液相色谱仪检测。结果表明,猪肉中的磺胺二甲基嘧啶平均回收率达到90%以上,相对偏差小于10%,最低检测浓度为5μg/kg。该方法具有操作简便、快速、精密度高、回收率高、重现性较好、检测限低等优点。

Sulfonamides in pork sample were first extracted with acetonitrile after dehydration with anhydrous sodium sulfate, then purified from fats by extraction with n-hexane ,and finally determined by HPLC with a UV detector at a wavelength of 270 nm. The lowest concentration of sulphodimides that could be detected was 5 μg/kg, and the recovery rate of sulphodimides was over 90% with relative error of less than 10%. A highly sensitive method for determination of sulphodimides residues in pig muscles by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. This method is fast, easy and accurate for determination of sulphodimides residues in pig muscles.
