摘要
应用Pro/E建立分流组合模的几何模型,利用锻造专用有限元软件对多腔壁板铝型材挤压过程进行数值模拟,获得挤压过程中的挤压力、应力场、速度场及金属填充和流动情况,提供了选择挤压设备的依据,对同类产品工艺开发及模具设计具有一定的指导意义。
A solid geometry model of porthole die is built up by Pro/E. Nnumerical simulation of the porthole die extrusion of lacunaris panel is made using the forging software. The load-stroke curve can also be obtained, which is the basic information for selecting the press. The stress fields and strain fields at every step can clearly be displayed, which is a new way to study the relation between the die structure and the metal flow. It can be guided for development of this kind of product processing and die design.
