摘要
[目的]对护士长实施教导对谈,探讨提高护士长沟通能力的有效途径。[方法]以58名护士长为研究对象,用分层随机法分为干预组和对照组,干预前用“中层管理者沟通能力测试表”“护士长沟通能力考核表”对护士长进行沟通能力评价,然后由3位护理部副主任对各自的干预对象进行为期6个月的教导对谈,而对照组护士长仍接受原来的管理方法,6个月后进行第2次测评。[结果]实施教导对谈法后,干预组护士长沟通能力明显提高,且沟通能力的提高与护士长年龄、任职年限无关。[结论]教导对谈法可在短期内提高护士长的沟通能力。
Objective: To carry out executive coaching among head nurses and to probe into the effective way of promoting communication ability of head nurses. Methods: A total of 58 head nurses were divided into test and control group by stratifying - randomized method. Head nurses were evaluated on communication ability by "medial manager communication ability test table" and "head nurse communication ability examination table" before intervention. Then three vice directors of nursing department carried out executive coaching with their respective interventional subjects for 6 months. And head nurses in control group were managed by previous methods. The second evaluation was carried out 6 months after intervention. Results: After executive coaching, communication ability of head nurses in test group was promoted remarkably. Yet the promotion of communication ability of head nurses has no relation with their age and time limit of position. Conclusion-executive coaching could promote communication ability of head nurses within a short period of time.
