Grasping key quality links and comprehensively improving the success of kidney transplantation

该院于1977年开展第一例肾移植至今,共施行肾移植2000余例,移植肾存活最长者29年。建立和完善技术规范和管理制度是全面提高肾移植水平的重要保证,抓住充分的术前准备、合适的组织配型、严把取肾及移植质量、术后并发症的防治、合理应用免疫抑制剂是全面提高肾移植水平的关键质量环节。

Since 1977 when the first case of kidney transplantation was performed in the hospital the authors work with, more than 2000 kidney transplantations have been performed there, with the longest survival time being 29 years. Establishing and perfecting technical criteria and management systems are important guarantees to comprehensively improve the success of kidney transplantation and the key quality links include sufficient pre-operation preparation, appropriate tissue typing, great stress on the quality of kidney procurement and transplantation, prevention and treatment of post-operation complications, and rational use of immunosuppressive agents.
