摘要
智能化包装材料研发与应用，是当今食品包装发展新趋势，具有巨大市场潜力。本文概括了智能化包装的概念以及技术特点。简要论述了当前世界上已有应用的、以及正在开发的各种智能化包装新品种及其技术知识关键、应用领域与效果等。笔者认为，尽快掌握这些技术知识信息对于提高中国包装技术水平，发展具有中国自主知识产权的食品药品包装技术大有裨益。
