双吻合器技术在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用（附20例报告）

Application of Double Stapling Technique in Anus-preserved Procedure for Low Rectal Carcinoma：A Report of 20 Cases

评价双吻合器技术在低位结直肠吻合术的可行性。回顾性分析应用双吻合器治疗20例低位直肠癌的临床资料。20例中，低位吻合17例，超低位吻合3例，全组无手术死亡，无出血、吻合口漏及吻合口狭窄等严重并发症。术后1年复发转移1例。全组病例6个月内大便均控制5次d以下，无1例大便失禁。结果表明，双吻合器技术扩大了保肛手术的应用范围，该技术是安全、可行的。

The feasibility of application of double stapling technique in the low colorectal anastomosis was evaluated.and the clinical data of double stapling technique applied in 20 cases with low rectal carcinoma were retrospectively analized. Of the 20 cases.17 underwent low position anastomosis, and 3 ultra-low position anastomosis. There were no such serious complications as operative death , bleeding, anastomotic leakage or anastomotic stricture. Recurrence and metastasis occurred in 1 case 1 year after the treatment. Defecation was less,5 times day within 6 monthes after the treatment, and there was no incontinence. Results show that double stapling technique is safe and feasible.
