摘要
总结先天性巨结肠术后护理经验。该病经肛门根治术因手术全部经肛门操作，不经腹腔，创伤小，恢复快易被患者接受，但围手术期的护理质量直接影响到手术治疗的效果、患者的安危和医疗质量。介绍5例婴幼儿巨结肠经肛门根治术术前准备、术中配合、术后观察等护理干预，均取得满意的近期效果。
The objective of the study was to summarize the experience in postoperative nursing of infant young children with congenital Hirschsprung＇s disease（megacolon）. Surgical treatment of the disease has two aspects,it is less in injury and quicker in recovery on the one hand,and perioperative nursing becomes more important in terms of ensuring surgical effect and medical quality on the other. The preoperative preparation,the mid-operative coordination and post-operation observation ＆ treatment among other nursing interferences for the five cases with Hirschsprung＇s disease and operated transanaly were introduced. The nursing results were satisfactory.
