摘要
为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切肛垫悬吊术治疗重度痔的临床应用价值，对传统外剥内扎及消痔灵注射术（对照组）和吻合器痔上黏膜环切肛垫悬吊术（治疗组）各45例进行临床观察。结果显示，治疗组较对照组住院时间短，安全，愈合快，两组术后并发症无明显差异（P〈0．05）。结果表明，吻合器痔上黏膜环切肛垫县吊术治疗重度脱垂痔是一种较好的手术方法，可替代传统手术方法。
The applicable value of procedure for prolapse ＆ hemorrhoids（PPH） in the treatment of serious mixed hemorrhoids was evaluated on the basis of the comparative clinical study,in which 45 cases underwent traditional external dissection ＆ internal ligation plus Xiao Zhi Ling injection（controlled group） and another 45 cases underwent PPH. As results, postoperative complication was not statistically different in the two groups（ P 〈0.05） ,while PPH was better in shorter hospitalization days, safer and quicker in healing. It is suggested that PPH is a better procedure in the treatment of seriously prolapsed hemorrhoids,and is the first choice of surgical procedure.
