吻合器环形痔切除术治疗重度脱垂性内痔32例临床观察

Application of Procedure for Prolapse ＆ Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Severe Prolapsed Internal Hemorrhoids：Report of 32 Cases

为评价吻合器环形痔切除术（PPH）治疗重度脱垂性内痔的临床疗效，以PPH对32例重度脱垂性内痔患者进行治疗，全部治愈。平均手术时间15min，平均住院时间3d。结果显示，11例（34．4％）术后尿潴留，9例（28．1％）有不同程度的术后肛痛，无1例术后出血。随访1～21个月，无复发。结果表明，PPH治疗重度脱垂性内痔具有手术时间短、术后并发症少、恢复快、近期疗效显著等特点，远期疗效需进一步随访观察。

The therapeutic results of procedure for prolapse ＆ hemorrhoids （PPH） in the treatment of severe prolapsed internal hemorrhoids were evaluated. Thirty two cases with severely prolapsed internal hemorrhoids underwent PPH,and all were cured. The average operative duration of time was 15 minutes, and the average hospitalization time was 3 days. Postoperative retention of urine was noticed in 11 cases（34. 4%） ,postoperative anal pain at differents extent was found in 9 cases（28.1%）,and no postoperative hemorrhage occurred. Follow-up of 1-21 monthes found no recurrence. It is revealed that PPH is better in terms of being shorter in operative duration of time, less in postoperative complications, quicker in recovery,and more satisfactory in short-term therapeutic effect,while the long-term therapeutic effect need to be further observed.
