低切高挂加对口引流治疗复杂性肛瘘临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Results of ＂Low Incision and High Thread-drawing plus Counter-opening Drainage＂ in the Treatment of Complicated Anal Fistula

为观察低位切开高位挂线加对口引流治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效，采用该法治疗复杂性肛瘘52例，一次性手术治愈49例，二次治愈3例，治愈率为100％。结果表明，低位切开高位挂线加对口引流治疗复杂性肛瘘疗效满意，手术的关键在于正确寻找内口，正确处理内口及原发病灶，彻底清除支管、死腔及瘘道内的感染物质，保证创口引流通畅和清洁，对防止复发有重要意义。

The therapeutic results of ＂low incision ＆ high thread-drawing plus counteropening drainage＂ in the treatment of complicated anal fistula were observed. Fifty two cases underwent such operation. As results,49 cases got cured by first operation,3 cases got cured by second operation, and the cure rate was 100%. Results show that this surgical procedure can ensure a satisfactory therapeutic result,the key points are.recognizing internal opening, correctly treating internal opening and primary foci, thoroughly clearing and wiping out the infected ma＇terials in the branches of the fistula,in the dead space and within the fistulae,and keeping the drainage clean and unobstructed.
