难治性肛瘘23例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 23 Cases with Refractory Anal Fistula

为探讨难治性肛瘘的原因及治疗方法，对久治不愈的肛瘘23例，分析原因并针对性治疗。21例再次行手术治疗，2例行保守、支持、对症治疗，均获痊愈。随访6个月至3年，无复发。对肛瘘内口的判断错误是治疗失败的根本原因，选择不恰当的治疗方法是难治性肛瘘久治不愈的重要原因。只有因人而异，合理用药，精心施治，才可获得满意疗效。

For the objective of probing a better therapeutic result in the treatment of refractory anal fistula, such 23 cases were carefully analized and retreated. Of the 23 cases,21 underwent second surgical treatment, and 2 cases received conservative,supporting ＆ appropriate treatments. All the cases were cured. No recurrence was found through 0.5-3 years＇ follow-up. It is concluded that the basic reason of therapeutic failure is the wrong recognition of the internal opening of fistula and non-suitable therapeutic method. It is emphasized that keeping the principle of treating different condition with different method, correct medication and careful treatment ＆ nursing are the important elements to ensure a satisfactory therapeutical result.
