替牙期前牙反早期固定矫治与功能性矫治的对比研究

Treatment of Anterior Crossbite of Mixed Dentition by Fixed Appliance and Functional Appliance

目的:探讨固定矫治器和功能矫治器矫治替牙期前牙反(?)作用机理、矫治效果和适用范围。方法:21例替牙期前牙反患者使用固定矫治器治疗,20例患者使用功能矫治器。对两种治疗前后X线头影测量指标进行分析。结果:固定矫治器可以通过牙性改变解除前牙反(?);功能矫治器除牙性改变外还有骨骼改变。结论:早期固定矫治器配合Ⅲ类牵引可以有效矫治替牙期牙性、功能性前牙反(?),功能性矫治器适用骨性、混合性反(?)。

Objective：To compare difference of the effect, mechanism and applicability of treating anterior crossbite of mixed dentition by fixed appliance and functional appliance. Methods：21 cases with anterior crossbite of mixed dentition treated by fixed appliance and 20 cases by functional appliance were selected. 17 cephalometric indices were studied to compare the dental and bony tissue changed. Results： There were only dental changes in fixed appliance group. While in functional group, there were both dental changes and bony tissues changes. Conclusion：Dental and functional crossbite should be treated by fixed appliance, while functional, mixed and bony crossbite should be treated by functional appliance.
