摘要
目的:检测原发性血小板减少性紫癜(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)患儿血清白介素IL-2、IL-6、IL-12水平的变化,以探讨其发病机制。方法:采用酶免疫吸附法(ELISA)对35例ITP患儿和35例正常对照组儿童血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-12水平进行测定。结果:ITP患儿的血清IL-6水平(125.0±38.3)ng/L,明显高于正常对照组的(84.0±24.5)ng/L,两者具有显著性差异;而血清IL-2和IL-12水平分别为(203.0±98.3)ng/L和(115.0±43.5)ng/L,较正常对照组的(335.0±107.5)ng/L和(213.0±51.2)ng/L为低,具有显著性差异。结论:ITP患者血清白介素水平出现异常,机体存在免疫功能紊乱。
Objective: To explore the transformations of serum interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-12 (IL-12) in children patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods: All 35 serum samples from the children patients were determined for the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6 and IL-12 by ELISA assay. At the same time,the 35 serum samples from normal children were tested as the control, Results: The level of serum IL-6 in the patients with ITP was significantly higher (125.0±38.3) ng/L than control group (84.0±24.5) ng/L (P〈0.05). The levels of both serum IL-2 and IL-12 in the patients with ITP were lower than the controls (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The levels of serum interleukins are unnormal in the children patients with ITP. The children patients with ITP may have disturbance of immune function.
