血管内皮生长因子在乳腺癌中的表达及其与腋窝淋巴结转移的关系

Expression of VEGF in breast cancer and its correlation with axillary nodes metastasis

目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowth factor,VEGF)在乳腺癌中的表达及其与腋窝淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用链霉素抗生素蛋白——过氧化酶(strep tavidin-Peroxi-dase,S-P)免疫组化技术检测62例乳腺癌组织的VEGF表达。结果:VEGF在有腋窝淋巴结转移患者中阳性表达20例(62.5%),在无腋窝淋巴结转移患者中阳性表达2例(6.7%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。肿瘤大小与VEGF的阳性表达呈密切正相关(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF表达的增高对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移有促进作用,可作为衡量肿瘤转移的参考指标。

Objective： To explore the expression of VEGF （vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF） in breast cancer and its correlation with axillary lymphogenous metastasis. Methods： The expressions of VEGF in the 62 patients with breast cancer were examined by streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemical test. Results： The 20 cases showed positive expressions of VEGF in the patients with axillary lymphogenous metastasis group （62.5%） and 2 cases in no axillary lymphogenous metastasis group （6.7%）. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. The tumor size correlated positively with the positive expression of VEGF （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ： Increased expression of VEGF facilitates the axillary lymphogenous metastasis in breast cancer and the expression of VEGF could be a reference index of tumor metastasis.
