本文指出了污水处理工程的国民经济评价应坚持定量与定性分析相结合的评价原则,分析了定性评价中应着重考虑的问题,提出了国民经济评价中定量分析的几种方法和主要参数。

This text points out that the national economic evaluation of the sewage treatment project should insist on the appraisal principle of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative one , and it also analyzes the primary question that puts forword in qualitative appraisal,at last it proposes several kinds of methods and main parameters of quantitative analysis in national economic evaluation.
