摘要
本文分析了我国房地产市场的现状,结合市场均衡理论探讨了调整住宅供应结构对降低房价的作用,并提出了调整住宅供应结构的相关建议,为宏观调控提供了理论依据。
This text analyzed the present condition of the real estate market in china, and combining with the market equilibrium theory, it also discussed the function of adjusting the residence supply structure to lower building price. At last, this text gave some related suggestions of how to adjust the residence supply structure, and provided theoretical basis for macro control.
