HPV与宫颈腺癌关系研究进展

摘要 人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)的感染已被证实为宫颈癌的主要致病因素。HPV与宫颈鳞癌发生的密切关系已经得到肯定,HPV与宫颈腺癌的发生有很大的相关性,高危HPV对部分宫颈腺癌的发生起了很大的作用。HPV诱发宫颈腺癌的机制与鳞癌有部分相似之处,但并非完全相同,其中的具体分子机制还需要通过进一步研究加以阐明。
