摘要
为减少坝体填筑方量和坝基处理工程量、缩短大坝工期,芭蕉河一级水电站堆石坝选定坝体上游坡比为1:1.35、充分保留右岸坝脚3号古滑坡残留堆积体、全部坝料均采用洞室爆破方式开采,用混凝土挤压边墙替代面板上游坡面常规施工,在方便施工、加快筑坝进度、有效固坡的同时,减少了原固坡砂浆对混凝土面板的约束,毋需喷涂乳化沥青等隔离材料,利用可爆堵头技术将导流隧洞改造成水库放空洞。实践表明这些措施经济可行。
In order to reduce the filling volume of dam body and the treatment quantities of dam foundation and to shorten the construction period of dam, the upstream slope ratio 1:1.35 of dam for Bajiaohe First-cascade Hydropower Station is selected, No.3 ancient landslide debris located in the fight-bank dam toe reserved and all dam materials mined by chamber blasting method. The concrete crushing side-wall is used to replace the traditional construction of face-sab upstream slope. In facilitating construction, speeding up the dam construction progress and reinforcing effectively the slope, we reduced the restriction of original slope-reinforcing mortar on concrete face slab and do not jet the isolation materials such as asphalt emulsion. We used explodable blockage technology to transform the diversion tunnel into empty tunnel of reservoir. The practice showed these measures is economc and feasible.
