摘要
将模糊数学的基本原理引入到麻栗坝水库工程公众参与影响评价中。通过建立模糊综合评判模型对工程的建设进行定量评价,结果表明:水库工程建成后能改善灌区的供水条件,促进当地社会经济发展,综合效益显著。因此,麻栗坝水库工程的建设是十分必要的。
The elementary principles of fuzzy mathematics were introduced in the impacts assessment of the Maliba reservoir project with public participation. The quantitive assessment of the Maliba reservoir project through a fussy mathematical model for overall assessment was made and the result indicated that the reservoir project will improve the water supply conditions for the irrigation area, boost the local social economic development with a prominent overall benefit. Therefore the conclusion is that the construction of the Maliba reservoir project proves extremely necessary.
