摘要
借助委托—代理理论剖析了图书馆委托—代理关系,指出院校图书馆评估实际面对两个对象—大学管理者和图书馆管理者,指出要理清图书馆委托人与代理人各自的责任,应借助同行业标杆信息来弱化图书馆代理人的隐匿信息和隐匿行动,强化对图书馆办馆管理理念、改革思路、运行机制和服务绩效等进行评估。
With the aid of the principal-agent relationship theory, this article analyses the principal- agent relationship between college and college library, and points out that there are two objects of evaluation, the library manger and the college manager. The use of the benchmark of library industry can depress the hidden information and the hidden action by the library agent. It also highlights evaluation on the li brary management conceptions, innovations, mechanisms, and service performance.
