Requirements and Architecture of FMC——Seeing FMC in the View of NGN

固定移动融合(FMC)是通信行业未来的发展趋势之一,是下一代网络必须具备的能力,也必将成为运营商的业务突破点和业务亮点。本文跟踪了FMC目前的进展情况,重点对FMC的总体需求、处于研究中的几种融合网络框架进行了分析和阐述,介绍了在FMC环境下如何提供统一融合的业务,给出了3种业务提供模式,并对其中存在的问题进行了探讨。

FMC, as a necessary ability of NGN, is the trend of future communication and the key technology for operator to provide services and make competition. This paper follows the development of the research on FMC, and focuses on the requirements of FMC and some converged architecture in processing. Also, we introduce how to provide converged services in FMC circumstances, with three modes of service-provide and some questions about them are discussed.
