本溪市环境质量“十五”与“九五”相比有了明显好转,本文就环境质量现状分布规律及变化因素进行了综合分析,并提出了进一步改善环境质量的对策。

Comparing with the period of the National Ninth five-year plan Environmental quality in BenXi city has been improved significandy during the National tenth-five-year plan, in this paper the status and the changing order of environmental quality as will as affecting factor＇s were analyzed further some countermeasures against environment pollution were put forward.
