摘要
采用伺服电机建立了一套新型的低频振动攻丝系统,采用速度环和脉冲跟随控制实现了具有公转的扭转振动,并对2种控制方式进行了比较。振动攻丝试验证明,该系统不仅能降低攻丝扭矩,而且能提高螺纹的加工质量,是一种通用、高效的系统。
A new low frequency type vibration tapping system is built up by using servomotor. The torsional vibration with revolution is realized through the velocity ring and pulse following control, and two control methods are compared. The vibration tapping test shows that this machine not only can decrease the tapping torque, but also can improve the quality of machined thread. This is a universal and high efficiency system.
