摘要
以三信城市家园规划设计为例,阐述从传统住宅区到社区规划;从“以人为本”到人与自然的协调发展;从单纯物质性规划到经济、社会、生态环境一体的多元化;可持续性的,生态型的小区规划已成为住宅区规划设计的趋势。
Based on the case of the planning Sanxin Cityhome this paper disusses that,It becomes a trend to change the planning and design of modern residential from traditional quarter to community, from＂ human centered＂ to ＂harmonious development between human and nature＂, and from purely materialized planning to diversified and sustainable community planning which gathers econmy,society and ecoenvironment into a whole.
