对盘式干燥机的工作原理、结构特点进行了详细介绍,并将其它干燥设备和盘式干燥机作了对比,指出高纯碳酸钡行业采用盘式干燥机可以将生产成本降到最低限度,而产品质量可以得到很大提高。盘式干燥机也可用于高纯碳酸锶、硫酸钡等粘性物料的干燥,效果也非常理想,应用前景广阔。

Authors analyzed the working elements and the configuration of a rotary disc dryer in detail. By comparing the rotary disc dryer with other dryers, it pointed that a rotary disc dryer can reduce operation cost and improve product quality in production of high purity barium carbonate. Further more a rotary disc dryer can also be used in productions of high purity barium strontium, barium sulphate and other glutinous materials.
