摘要 针对火炮零部件变形量的测量问题,结合柔性三坐标机的测量原理,设计了基于柔性三坐标机的火炮零部件变形量测量系统。文中论述了系统的组成、总体结构、工作原理和变形量的测量方法,给出了坐标测量和蛙跳式坐标转换公式,对系统测量误差进行了分析,通过实验对测量系统的精度进行了验证,结果表明测量系统精度满足火炮零部件变形量的测量要求,测量方法切实可行。 A system based on flexibility three coordinate machine for measuring the artillery components deformation quality was discussed detailedly in the paper, and the system composition, general construction, working principle and the deformable value measuring method were also put forward. It was present in this paper the above can derived the coordinate measuring formula and leap -frog coordinate transforming formula. The experimental results based on error analysis and precision calculation showed that the measuring system can satisfy the shooting range demand for artillery components deformation quantity.
