摘要
本文分析了国产2CR光电池的结构原理及工作特性,介绍了光电池的伏安特性等参数。并提出一种利用该光电池测量光照度的方法,且使用了具有高输入阻抗和高共模抑制比的放大电路。实验证明,该方法能够达到较好的检测效果和精度。
In this article, it was analyses that the work theory of photoelectric cell. It introducted the volt - ampere behaviour of opto - electric cell and other parameters. It also forward a way to measure the illuminance with photoelectric cell. Experiment results showed that the method is effective in operotion.
