汽包水位保护三取二逻辑的实现

摘要 原电站锅炉汽包水位保护系统为三取中逻辑,且不能实现汽包水位变送器质量好坏的判断。根据行业规范要求,将汽包水位保护系统进行改造,引入DCS系统,实现三取二逻辑,并能够实现当一个变送器退出自动转为二取一,当两个变送器退出自动转为一取一的逻辑转换。 The former power plant's boiler steam water level safety system uses the three to middle logic, and also it can't realize the evaluation of boiler steam water level transmitter. Base on the industry criterion, this paper pointes out the newest way that improving of boiler steam water level safety system and introducing DCS system and realize the 3 to 2 logic. It can also realize a transmitter's automate 2 to 1 when one transmitter quits and 1 to 1 when two transmitter exit.
