外墙保温用高效粘结剂的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以环氧树脂浆料、丙烯酸树脂乳液为主要原料,高分子复合乳液、固化剂、增塑剂、乳化剂等为助剂制备了外墙保温用新型高分子共聚型粘结剂,并通过红外光谱对产物进行了表征,研究了固化剂、增塑剂以及乳化剂的含量对高效粘结剂粘结性能的影响。粘结性能测试结果表明,产物所有性能指标均符合要求。 A high efficiency adhesive for wall heat preservation was synthesized by epoxide resin, acrylic resin emulsion and other additives in proper proportion. The product was characterized through the infrared spectrum, and the effects of the content of the firming agent, the plasticizing agent and the emulsifier on the high efficiency adhesive "s bonding performance were studied. The test results of the adhesive "s bonding performance show that the index of performaee will meet the requirements.
