Application of Increasing Speed of Acting Unit in Masteel Bar Mill

1998年马钢高速线材厂棒材轧机竣工投产后,很长时间内产能都受到裙板故障多的制约。在棒材的高速轧制过程中,经常在裙板设备上出现轧件追尾现象。经过反复论证,2004年在冷床输入辊道的入口处增加了一台提速拨板装置,将轧件头尾分开,解决了这个难题,产能得到了释放。

The bar production line in high speed wire rod mill was put operation successful in 1998. But the production capacity had been limited for long time because skirt unit has more problems. A bar head pursued advanced bar tail at skirt unit in high speed case. A increasing speed acting unit was added by Au- thor at the cooling bed entrance in 2004, in order to separate head from tail. The bar production was increased much because of solving this big problem.
