摘要
在我国商业银行运行中,信息起着至关重要的作用。作为银行业中普遍存在的现象,信息不对称是导致我国银行业运行无序,潜在风险上升的最基本的原因。本文对我国商业银行运行中的信息不对称现象进行了详细的分析,同时提出了相应的解决措施。
Information plays a crucial role in the operation of our country＇ s commercial banks. As a common phenomenon in banking industry, information asymmetry is the most basic reason for the chaos in it and the uprising of its potential risk. This thesis analyses the phenomenon of information asymmetry in the operation of our country＇ s commercial banks in detail, and gives according measures to solve it.
