Clear Water Flows from Its Origin——A Brief Study of the Role of Shushi in Huizhou education in Ming and Qing Dynasties

明清时期的徽州以“徽商”作为文化发展的酵母,酝酿出具有浓郁地域特色的徽州文化。徽人崇学重教的文化传统和徽商有力的经济支持,造就了昌盛的徽州教育。发达的教育离不开高素质的教师队伍,一切教育无不是由低级走向高级。因此,参与基础教育的组织和实施的徽州塾师在其中的作用是不容忽视的。

Making ＂Huizhou merchants＂ of the cuhural yeast in Ming and Qing Dynasties, Huizhou brewed ethnical Huizhou Culture. The cultural tradition of Huizhou people＇s emphasis on education and the strong support of Huizhou merchants contribute to the prosperous education in Huizhou. We know that developed education needs high quality teachers, and all the gradations of education are from low to high. Therefore, we can＇t ignore the role of Shushi as organisers and executants in the course.
