强制性制度变迁能起到降低交易费用的作用。从一则典型的案例分析出发,对制度及强制性制度变迁理论进行了评述,依据制度变迁原理,强制性制度变迁对落后地区经济发展起促进作用。

Force institutional change has the function to reduce exchange expenses. In this paper, we roundly comment on the theory about institutional and force institutional from a typical case. According to the principle of institutional change, we disscuss the important function to promote the backward area＇s economic development with the force institutional.
