On Main Factors of Affecting English Study Motivation of Non-English Majors Students

英语学习动机是影响非英语专业本科学生学习英语的重要动因。本文通过对五个专业的部分本科学生进行典型问卷调查,确定并探讨目前自身英语水平;英语学习上哪方面具有优势;英语学习中哪方面不足;英语学习的兴趣;是否会坚持学习英语等9个因素对学生学习英语动机的影响大小,研究了主要因素对非英语专业学生学习英语的作用和影响,以实施具有针对性教学活动。

The study motivation plays an important role in interior stimulant in English study of non - English majors students. Based on the questionnaire by part of the undergraduates of five majors, this article analyses on the nine influential factors of English study motivation such as present levels, advantages and disadvantages, interest and persistence. Moreover, this article discusses the impact of these factors on English study of non - English majors so as to carry out the practical teaching involved.
