摘要
传统学塾对塾师任职资格的要求,社会舆论对塾师的评价,集中在品行、学识、尽心和善教四个方面。为了保证“师范”的品质,人们往往选择老成和自己熟识的人充任塾师。在判定塾师的学识时,他在科举考试上获得了怎样的功名是最主要的评价指标。因为启蒙教育事关重大,塾师不仅要尽心职事,克尽职守,而且要掌握训读之方,善教会教。
The requirement for teachers' qualification in traditional primary schools and the social appraisement to teachers both concentrate on the teachers' morality, acquirement, devotedness and the level of teaching. To ensure the quality of "the normal school", people usually choose those who are adult and acquainted by people as teachers. When judging a teacher's learning, the achievement he had gained in imperial examinations is considered as the main factor. Because of the importance of enlightened education, it requires the teacher not only to be conscientious, but also to master the methods of learning and teaching.
