The Dragon Boat Festival is the most charming and most unique traditional Chinese festival. For hundreds and thousands of years, people have been trying to present its cultural contritions into all kinds of rituals and ceremonies. But it is hard to fully interpret its implication. This essay intends to make a further analysis and research, from the point of view of folklore, on the different ideas and images of the Dragon Boat Festival and cconsequendy comes to a novel conclusion in the respect of its origin.
