高职学院英语教学改革探讨

A Study of Improving English Teaching in Vocational Colleges

大学英语教学改革已经启动，这给高职学院的英语教学以一定的启示。高职学院的英语教学方法、手段和模式越来越不适应当今社会对高素质、创新型人才的要求，因此，对高职学院的英语教学进行改革势在必行。笔者在文章中就高职学院学生的具体情况作了简单说明，提出几点改革建议，以此与大家探讨。

Improving college English teaching has already begun, which set an example to English teaching in vocational colleges. The methods, ways and modes of English teaching in vocational colleges can not suit the need of the society for the high quality and innovative persons. Therefore, it is quite necessary for vocational colleges to improve English teaching. In the paper, the author simply talks about the special situation of vocational college students, and gives some suggestion for the improvement so as to discuss them with other teachers.
