摘要 切削刀具表面涂层技术是近几十年应市场需求发展起来的材料表面改性技术。采用涂层技术可有效提高切削刀具使用寿命,使刀具获得优良的综合机械性能,从而大幅度提高机械加工效率。而纳米复合薄膜的出现使薄膜的研究进入了新的领域—纳米领域。TiAlN薄膜是在TiN薄膜基础上发展起来的一种综合性能更为优良的超硬膜,目前已成为膜层研究中的重点课题之一。TiAlN基的多元膜、复合膜、纳米多层膜更是将膜层研究推上新的高度。 Coating technology for cutting tools is a transformative technology for material surface developed to meet the demand of market these decades, which can enhance the use span of cutting tools as well as its comprehensive mechanical capability, thus enhance processing efficiency for machines from large range. The appearance of composite nanofilm leads film research to a new field - nanometer. TiAIN film is a super - hard film with better comprehensive capability developed on the basis of TiN film, which becomes one of key film research projects. Especially TiAIN- based polybasic film, composite film and nanometer multi - layer film, push film research to a new height.
