摘要 传统的电流互感器在大电流测量中存在绝缘和安全等方面的问题,而煤矿井下电磁干扰强,负载情况比较复杂,安全要求更加严格,利用磁光效应原理,设计了磁光电流传感器系统。该系统具有很强的电气绝缘和抗电磁干扰能力。该传感器由脉冲光源发出的光经Faraday盒变成调制光,再经光电转换、带通滤波、同步解调、低通滤波电路后由单片机实现对电流信号的实时采集、处理与显示。 The instance of coal mine electromagnetism interference and complexity of load are outstanding , nevertheless safety of mine is emphasized . Owing to insulation and safety limitation of traditional current measure instruments, the magneto - optic current sensor system is designed according to magneto - optic effect. The system features powerful capability of electrical insulation and electromagnetic interference resistance. The pulse light from lamp- house is changed into modulated light by Faraday cell. Processed by photoelectric conversion, band - pass filter, synchronous demodulation and lowpass, the signal is sampled by single - chip microcomputer. The current is showed and transmitted to personal computer through interface after calculation.
