摘要
对于氧化铝超浓相风动溜槽输送,合适的供、排气风量及风压是决定风动溜槽能否实现连续、稳定流态化输送的关键。排气系统能否正常工作关系到整个输送系统流程的贯通。就某铝厂三期电解铝工程超浓相输送系统调试过程中出现的排风问题,从设计方案、调试中的问题、处理改进等方面来进行介绍,并对超浓相输送系统的排风方案进行分析比较。
The proper quantity and pressure of air supply system and exhaustion system are key factors for alumina hyper dense phase convey (HDPC) system working well. the questions arose in HDPC system adjusting process of a aluminium smelter are discussed, the design scheme and ameliorations had been recommended for the adjusting process, and the schemes of exhaustion system have been compared.
